Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan asked all the neighboring, regional, and world countries to seek positive and friendly relations with Afghanistan in order for the current difficulties to be addressed.

The Taliban said that they are not willing to interfere in other countries� internal affairs and that they will not allow other countries to interfere in Afghanistan�s affairs either.

The comments are made in Taliban�s statement released on the occasion of the 42nd anniversary of the USSR assault on Afghanistan.

"Since the Muslim and peace wisher nation of Afghanistan has always stood against the occupation, they waged Jihad against USSR and ultimately defeated and ousted them in ten years." Reads the statement.

Taliban in the statement condemned the USSR assault on Afghanistan and appreciated the Jihad of the Afghan people.

Meanwhile, the statement reads that Afghans are peace-wisher people and want to have positive relations with the international community based on the Islamic and international principles that do not harm others and protects the independence of countries.
